About Me

My name is Nina and I have over 10 years experience as a advanced level 3 Personal Trainer.  I have worked  for several of the largest fitness organisations in the country. 

This is where I was able to gain knowledge and experience in all areas of the fitness industry,  which involved teaching 1:1 sessions and group fitness.

 

I Specialise in:

-Strength conditioning 

-Nutrition 

-Circuit based training/HITT

-Mobility and flexibility training 

-Prenatal/ postnatal training 

 

I've had a passion for fitness for many years; I mostly enjoy cycling and weight training.

 

I am a mother of two who can relate and understand the struggles of finding time for yourself amongst the chaotic family and work life routine. However, I believe you are your biggest investment including your health - mentally and physically.

 

During My time as a personal trainer, I have worked with a variety of different clients, both male and female, with goals that vary from wanting to lose weight for a wedding or a holiday, clients who want to be able to run or ride for longer, lift heavier weights or just be healthier and more body-confident. It really doesn't matter where you're at, I am confident that I will be able to guide and support you through this process.
